Secretly Dispensed Grace

A major factor in the present administration, which most of Christendom has passed over, has to do with an added feature called “The Dispensation of the Mystery” (Ephesians 3:9, RSV, 1901). The English word “mystery” is a translation of the Greek word musterion, which actually means “a secret” – nothing more and nothing less. It is therefore, among other things, that aspect of grace which at this time is secretly dispensed.
